We send our orders with Australia Post or for heavier items we use Fastway Couriers and Startrack.
Quirky Kitchen will process your order within 1 business day of receipt. Orders will be dispatched between one (1) to five (5) business days dependent on stock availability.
For personalised products please allow a 1 week turnaround. We personalise all our own items, If your gift is urgent please let us know and we will endeavour to rush your order through.
Delivery of items is subject to availability, and we cannot accept responsibility or liability for any item it is not able to supply. Quirky Kitchen is not liable for delays in shipping due to external companies.
If the order has been sent but not collected by you and is returned to us – a re-shipping fee of $9.95 will be charged to re-send the order to you.
It is the responsibility of the buyer to enter the shipping address correctly. We do our utmost best to speed up processing and shipping times, therefore there is a small gap to cancel/change your order. If you decide to cancel your order or change your shipping address please email firstname.lastname@example.org within 24 hours of placing your order. However, we cannot guarantee that we will be able to do so,as there are varying time limits in which we are able to make the amendments. If it’s too late for our team to cancel your order, you can return your order to us once you’ve received it. If it does get returned back to our warehouse, we can then ship it to the correct address.
It is the responsibility of the buyer to make sure that the correct product, size, variant, etc is entered when making the order. We do our best to speed up processing and shipping times, therefore there is a very small time frame to cancel/change your order details once the order has been made. If you decide you to change a detail about your order, please write to us at email@example.com within 24 hours of placing the order. We will do our best to make the change, however we cannot guarantee that we will be able to do so as there are varying time limits in which we are able to make amendments.
If you’re not 100% satisfied with the items you purchased, we offer a full refund of the goods purchased or store credit. However, we reserve the right to refuse a returned items if the items do not comply to our returns policy.
Unfortunately, due to health and safety regulations, we are unable to offer refunds for any opened and used products.
The customer is responsible for any shipping charges on returned goods unless the item(s) being returned are as a result of an error on behalf of Quirky Kitchen or its suppliers. Contact us via our contact page here to make a claim for refund or replacement. Please note order number on claim.
All claims are individually assessed and approved returns are credited back to the original credit card, Paypal account or Afterpay used to make the purchase. We do not offer product exchanges, only refunds. Therefore, all approved returns are firstly refunded and then a new order is created.
All claims must be made within 7 days of receipt of goods.
We reserve the right to refuse a returned items if the items do not comply to our returns policy. Refused items will be posted back to you and additional postage will be charged. We accept no responsibility for returns that are sent by non-traceable postage methods and are not received. Unfortunately without the items we cannot issue an exchange or refund. We strongly suggest you send your returns using a traceable method.
